Car history: |
1969 Corvette, looks Awesome has the CAN - AM body. Came with the 427 from factory. I bought the car with no engine. It had the original Muncie 4 speed. Its in nice shape. I put in a nice 350 that runs great. Has new clutch. Brakes were totally redone. I also had the car painted about a year ago, duel stage paint four coats of clear. I never wet sanded it, looks good just like it is, but if it were wet sanded, and buffed, it would look like glass. It runs and rides great. The windshield has a crack. Carpet is new along with some chrome molding, a real head turner. Corvettes Only, out of Colorado is stamped on the body. Not sure what's entailed in the body kit for a Can - Am. They range from 5k up but the rear clip does look like a later model. It looks Awesome. I had a 1968 and everything as far as the dash, engine compartment, under the car..everything looks like my 68. All #'s match except of course for the engine. The body is all custom, lot of work went into this car. The rear clip might be from another year or the whole kit came with it. I don't know. But it is a 1969.
